A qualified social worker with many years of experience. Vashnie leads our homes, ensuring that quality care standards are met and that every resident’s voice is heard.

We employ a group of compassionate support workers and care coordinators who provide day-to-day assistance. Our staff are fully trained in learning disability and mental health support. They foster a home-like atmosphere by offering personal care, companionship, and encouragement in daily activities. Regular training and team meetings ensure all staff members are up to date with best practices and regulations.
