Dedicated Supportive Living for Adults with Disabilities

We offer a home for anyone over the age of 18 to 65 with a learning disability or has mental health who requires residential care; respite, short or long stays. Since Qualities Services opened in 2013, our team has gained an excellent reputation. Thus expanding our service to more residents in 2020 with the goal; our mission is to overcome obstacles that challenge the quality of life and encourage people to reach new heights.

Qualities Services offers 4 and 6 bedded homes set within a quiet cul de sac located in the heart of South Norwood, Croydon and is situated close to Crystal Palace and Bromley borough. The area offers the convenience of two mainline stations, well-served local bus routes to access the city and surrounding areas such as an array of local amenities, shops and green spaces.

The care homes are likened to a home rather than an institution as they purpose built and boasts a large through lounge with a separate modern kitchen, two bathrooms, a charming contemporary decor highlighted by a wealth of natural light and serene rear garden.
